A huge advantage of my internship at IT Minds have been that I, after finishing my internship, continued working as a student worker, where I primarily work with research assignments, which is relevant for my further education in Marketing and International Trade.

I started at IT Minds as an intern i Spring 2013 as a part of my education to become a marketing economist. As an intern at IT Minds I quickly gained a lot of responsibility, as it is almost only young students working in the company. The assignments I primarily handled were sales back-up, text production, HR in the form of internal events, as well as a lot of research assignments. It has been extremely educational to be an intern, not just because of the assignments I was responsible for, but also because there are so many people from different fields of studies employed, either part or full-time, that you can discuss something with as well as learn from. If you, for example, hear about other assignments that people work on, it is always a possibility if you have an interest in it, to become part of that project paralleled with your other assignments. This, I think, has been one of the very good things about working at IT Minds, because you always have the possibility to grow.

Besides this, it is a really good place to work because they care a lot about the employees and that we have fun together, which has resulted in some really fun parties - and especially a good christmas party.

A huge advantage of my internship with IT Minds have also been that I, after finishing my internship, have continued working as a student worker, where I primarily work with research assignments, which is relevant for my further education in Marketing and International Trade.

Also, there is a lot of freedom with responsibility linked to working at IT Minds, intern or not, which has made it easy to have time for both work and school and what other things you do on your own time.
